Wholesale Policy

As wholesalers we value our trade retailers and are committed to building long-term, fair, and mutually beneficial relationships. To protect the integrity of our brand and support our retailer community, we ask all wholesale trade customers to adhere to the following policy.

1. Eligibility

• Wholesale accounts are available to businesses with a valid retail outlet, trade premises, or established online presence that aligns with our brand values. 

• We reserve the right to refuse applications that do not meet our criteria.

2. Order Requirements

• Minimum order quantities are published on our website at the time of purchase.

• Payment terms must be agreed prior to supply.

3. Pricing & Resale

• Stock must not be sold below fair market value or in a way that seeks to undercut other retailers. We reserve the right to suspend the accounts of online sellers who deliberately undercut margins. 

• We strongly recommend following a typical Recommended Retail Price (RRP) guidance.

• Businesses found persistently selling below RRP or engaging in unfair discounting may have their accounts reviewed or supply suspended.

4. Online Sales

• Wholesale customers must not list our products on third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Etsy, eBay) without prior written permission.

• Online resellers must present our products accurately, with professional imagery and descriptions that reflect the quality of our brand.

5. Brand Integrity

• Products must not be altered, repackaged, or misrepresented in any way.

• Marketing and advertising must be honest and not misleading.

6. Policy Compliance

• By placing an order, wholesale customers agree to these terms.

• Accounts in breach of this policy may be suspended or closed at our discretion.
