Returns policy

We have a 14 day "No Quibble" returns policy for faulty items, if you are not completely satisfied, please return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging and we will happily provide a refund or alternatively, exchange the item accordingly.

***ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNOPENED*****

Opened items will be considered as non returnable for hygiene reasons.

***WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE TARNISHED AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN OPENED AND KEPT IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT CAUSES SILVER TO TARNISH ****


Regrettably, delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded. Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

However, goods received damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with free delivery provided you inform us of any breakage within 14 days of receiving the order.

Please don't forget to include your contact details and invoice number when sending.
